Calzone is a favorite in our house because everyone can make what they like. It is a perfect dinner or lunch to freeze too.

Although we are focused on Sausage Calzone here, you can fill it any way you'd like. I love spinach and feta cheese or peppers, onions, and mushrooms for a vegetarian version. I've even seen sweet calzones filled with fruit fillings or even the makings of S'mores!
