I am a passionate cook, teacher, and food explorer. I love to find new flavor combinations. It feels like the world is so full of culinary adventures to explore.

Besides that, I've trained with bakers and cooks throughout Massachusetts not to mention my biggest influences - My Mother and Grandmothers. I joke that at our house growing up, we never had "Wednesday Night Spaghetti." My Mom was always experimenting with recipes which allowed me at a young age to taste things like artichokes, sauerbraten, and pierogies.

To this day both my sister and I continue that tradition. If you were to stop by my kitchen on a Sunday afternoon, you may find me making a cottage pie with sweet potatoes, chicken tangine, or baking homemade croissants. 🧡

Besides cooking, I love connecting with dear friends, cuddling with my puppy Teddie by the fire, Christmas trees all lit up, long walks in nature, and a knitting or crocheting project or two.
