Easy Molasses Cookies

I usually am not a fan of baking mixes because making things from scratch is pretty easy once you have the basic ingredients on hand.

But last winter, I had a gingerbread cake mix on hand, and the urge to bake, so I decided to try out the cookie recipe from the box. Not the gingerbread man cookie recipe, but a chewy molasses cookie...and I was pleasantly surprised! These Easy Molasses Cookies were really good.

If you aren't a baker, this is an easy recipe to whip together. Keep a box on hand and when you need a quick batch of cookies, you can have these done in under 30 minutes! Perfect for the holiday season.
