Corned beef hash is a perfectly delicious way to use up the leftovers, if you have any, from your St. Patrick's Day feast. If you don't normally cook corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick's day, you can still make this dish by using corned beef you can find at the deli in the United States.
If you are in a different country and corned beef is only something you can find in a can, I would recommend substituting your favorite meat in this dish rather than using that. Think about doing this with bacon, ham, or smoked pork chops. Yum!
