Buttermilk Chocolate Cake


This is my go-to cake. It is very easy to make and takes under an hour to make and bake it, plus it is delicious! You can keep it simple and use it as a snack cake without frosting or embellishment, or you can decorate it to make it fancier.

The instant espresso powder enriches the rich chocolate. Don't like coffee? Check the notes for additional ideas to add to the recipe.
