My homemade granola is simple to make and great to have on hand for breakfast, over ice cream, with yogurt, or even just as a snack.


Feel free to make it your own by adding dried fruits, other nuts, or even varying the amounts of ingredients. I've even made batches with cinnamon, or dried orange zest. Delicious.

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.  

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.
