This rustic cod dish is one you will go to over and over during the summer, as I do. It is FULL of flavor and cooks in under 30 minutes. You can also have as much or as little sauce as you like depending on how you want to serve it.
The beans round out the meal, and you don't need anything else. I've added lentils to this dish, but you can just have the cod and beans.
The key here is the fresh basil. Don't skip it.
