Leftover Tomato Sauce Soup

Ok...stick with me on this one...


I had made a large batch of Arrabiatta Sauce and had a lot left over. I didn't want to put it in the freezer because I'm afraid to admit my freezer is overflowing right now.


I made ciabatta pizza with it, but I still had more. Then, I had this brainstorm. Why not make soup?


This Leftover Tomato Sauce Soup is super easy, and can be transformed in so many different ways. If you give it a try, let me know how you change up the recipe.
