Dutch Baby Pancake with Fruit

Beginner
Dutch Baby Pancake with Strawberries

Nothing makes me happier than this delicious, light, crepey Dutch Baby Pancake. I don’t mind that it sinks because that’s where I pile fresh strawberries in the Spring or fresh apple sauce in the fall. Sometimes in the fall, I'll cook apples & cranberries together with a little cinnamon for an extra special treat.

Don’t forget the lemon juice & powdered sugar. It makes it!

This is not like an American Pancake. Instead, it is more like a Yorkshire pudding or popover. The inside is eggy rather than fluffy. Also, this recipe uses less flour, so it is even lighter.

I've come across several savory Dutch Baby Recipes that I can't wait to try. Stay tuned.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
