¼ cup Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
2 cups Almond Flour
½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350℉ or 177℃.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the vanilla and the egg and beat until well incorporated.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. You can put them close together because they don’t spread.
Bake until the edges are slightly golden.
Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
