Learn at Your Pace
Each class lasts about 3 hours. I provide all the ingredients and tools. You provide the inspiration for the class. Together we co-create your unique class.
When we cook together, I guide you step-by-step through the recipes. We move at your pace.
At the end of the class, you will have a successful dish you can replicate. After the class, I will send you revised recipes containing session-specific notes based on our conversations!
You can choose a private lesson, or learn with others. Classes in my kitchen are limited to 2 and in your home, the class size is limited to 4.
The class price is determined by the recipes, number of participants, and location.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food. I've learned from experienced chefs, bakers, and coffee experts.
Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
