White Chocolate Chip Cookies

White chocolate chip cookies

These delicious White Chocolate Chip Cookies are simple to make with ingredients you may already have on hand.

What makes these so good is the butter to sugar ratio. They are sweet but not too sweet. The combination of butter and brown sugar make the centers a bit soft, but the edges crisp. I use salted butter for these, so there's no need to add additional salt. The combination is perfect.

You can use this cookie dough as a base and add what you like to a cookie. Nuts like macadamia or pecan are my favorite, but you may like walnuts. Also, these White Chocolate Chip Cookies can be enhanced at the holidays (or any time) with dried cranberries...yum!

Here's my White Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe. Enjoy.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
