In 2017, I had an amazing experience of traveling to the Alps in France and staying at a unique Bed & Breakfast and cooking school.
My hosts, Nikki and Hugh, couldn't have been more gracious. Because there weren't a lot of other guests and no one taking part in the cooking school, Nikki gave me private cooking lessons 4 hours during the day, and the other 4 hours we spent exploring the amazing towns in the area.
We cooked many delicious dishes, which I will write about more later, but today I wanted to share the Beetroot Hummus we made.
It is simple ingredients that, when they come together, make a delicious take on a traditional hummus.
