Delicious pasta is easy to make. We will use the basic recipe but included here are variations.

2 / Pasta Ingredient List
Flour
You can use all-purpose flour or any flour of your choice. For ideas, check the pasta recipe variations. You will need 2 cups plus extra for dusting.
Eggs
You only need two eggs for this recipe.
Water
You will need some for the pasta and a pot of salted boiling water to cook the pasta.
3 / Pasta Sauce Ingredient List
28 oz of canned crushed tomatoes
For a smoother sauce, you can use the same size can of pureed tomatoes.
1 onion
3-5 garlic cloves
If you don't want to use fresh garlic, one teaspoon of garlic powder will work well. You can add more to your taste.
Dried oregano
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Sugar if the tomatoes are acidic
