About the event
It can feel daunting thinking about making and canning jam. You might even be a bit afraid of canning something. Fear not. This class will give you all the instructions to create yummy jams you can enjoy for months to come.
In this workshop, you will learn:
The method of jam-making using strawberries
The boiling water method of canning
The doors to the class open at 3:50 PM EST for informal chit-chat, general questions, and mingling. We will start the class right at 4:00 PM EST.
All participants receive the recipes and variations presented in the class, the ingredient shopping list, and a guide to all the instructions given during the session.
