Making fresh pasta can seem like a luxury, but with these simple instructions, you can make pasta and tomato sauce for a weeknight meal.
In this session you will learn:
- The basics of making pasta using only a few tools you probably already have
- How to make a tomato sauce that cooks while you make the pasta - and Jen will do this live!
- Ideas for pasta variations to meet your dietary and culinary needs
You don't have to give up dry pasta, but once you try fresh pasta, you will find you want to make it because of its unique texture and taste.
