About the event
It can feel daunting thinking about making and canning jam. Â You might even be a bit afraid of canning something. Â Fear not. This class will give you all the instructions to create yummy jams you can enjoy for months to come.
In this workshop, you will learn:
The method of jam-making using strawberries
The boiling water method of canning
The doors to the class open at 3:50 PM EST for informal chit-chat, general questions, and mingling. Â We will start the class right at 4:00 PM EST.
All participants receive the recipes and variations presented in the class, the ingredient shopping list, and a guide to all the instructions given during the session.
