Join us for Pasta Making 101, a hands-on culinary experience where you'll learn to craft various pasta shapes from scratch, explore different types of pasta, create a quick tomato sauce, and make pesto. It's a fun and educational cooking session filled with creativity and delicious aromas. Get ready to indulge in a culinary adventure!
Here's what to expect in this class:
Demonstration: Step-by-step instruction on making pasta
Hands-on: You will make, roll, and cut your own pasta
Hands-on: You will make two sauces - tomato & pesto
Take Home: You will take home 1/2 pound of fresh homemade pasta & red sauce. You will also receive a pasta cookbook, the recipes, and a jar of pesto.
