Cook Along Online Strawberry Jam Making & Canning Class
**SOLD OUT** Canning is a perfect way to capture produce at their best. In this class we will learn the method of making jam, and then canning it.

About the event
It can feel daunting thinking about making and canning jam. Â You might even be a bit afraid of canning something. Â Fear not. Â This class will give you all the instructions to create yummy jams you can enjoy for months to come.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- The method of jam-making using strawberries
- The boiling water method of canning
The doors to the class open at 9:45 am EST for informal chit-chat, general questions, and mingling. Â We will start the class right at 10:00 am EST. Â No one will be admitted after 10:10 am because I am doing all the tech myself and must focus on the class.
All participants receive the recipes and variations presented in the class, the ingredient shopping list, and the video of the session to refer to. Â
I have two different types of tickets for this event.
- $25.00 for the class, and you bring your own jars. Â I will advise you as to what jars you will need.
- $40.00 for the class and I will send you the jars you need. Â Deadline for these tickets is March 22nd at 5:00 pm EST.
